These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SocietyNetwork store and panel (the "Store") and any purchases of game server hosting services made through it. By accessing the Store or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Store or make any purchases.
The Store is operated by SocietyNetwork ("we", "us", "our"), a gaming community offering game server hosting and related digital services to our Discord community members.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. SocietyNetwork is the direct seller and merchant of record for all game server hosting services purchased.
Products include digital hosting services such as rented game servers (across various games including but not limited to Minecraft, FiveM, Rust, and others), configurable resources (RAM, CPU, storage), locations, and subscriptions for ongoing hosting.
All services are digital and virtual. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the hosted server in accordance with SocietyNetwork rules and these Terms.
There is no guarantee of server uptime, availability, or continued operation. Services may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time for maintenance, resource limits, or other reasons.
Prices are as displayed on the Store and may include applicable taxes (calculated during checkout where required).
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Game servers are provisioned automatically shortly after successful payment confirmation via our Paymenter and Pterodactyl integration.
Most servers are activated instantly; manual review may apply in some cases.
You are responsible for providing correct details during purchase. We are not liable for provisioning failures caused by inaccurate information.
All purchases are final and non-refundable once the server has been provisioned, as the digital hosting service is delivered immediately.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, downtime, dissatisfaction, or rule violations after provisioning.
In rare cases of non-delivery due to a technical error on our side (not caused by user error), contact support — we may offer store credit or a one-time exception at our sole discretion.
Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges, but no prorated refunds will be given for the current billing period.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of all services and loss of access to SocietyNetwork.
Rented servers or access credentials may not be transferred, resold, or shared for commercial purposes.
Any violation may result in termination of the server without refund.
Purchases do not exempt you from SocietyNetwork Discord or community rules, nor from the terms of service of game publishers/platforms (e.g., Mojang, Cfx.re, Facepunch).
Rule violations may lead to suspension or termination of your server and access without refund.
We reserve the right to modify or remove servers for any reason, including maintenance, updates, or abuse prevention.
Hosting services are provided "as is" with no guaranteed uptime or continuity.
If we discontinue hosting services or the community shuts down, no refunds will be provided for remaining time or prior purchases.
Hosted servers and access have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
Services are provided without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including downtime, data loss, or interruptions from third parties.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Store or services means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
Additional Note: Your purchases directly support the costs of running SocietyNetwork and keeping the community alive. Thank you!
